- Tasting fees may be charged at some venues. Wombat Tours and Transfers will advise you if this is the case on your tour.

- Tours are available every day except New Years Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
- Passengers must be at departure points at the designated time (buses cannot be delayed)
- We reserve the right to alter or change vehicles and itinerary
- Concert transfers are non-refundable
- No food or alcohol to be consumed in vehicles
- Strictly no smoking in vehicles
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted without a supervising parent or guardian
- Proof of age identification may be requested at licensed venues
- Wombat Tours and Transfers accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property
Tour Cancellation Policy:
- More than 14 days prior to tour – full refund less $30 administration fee
- 3-14 days prior to tour – 50% of payment
- Within 3 days of tour – no refund
Transfer Cancellation Policy*:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations after full payment and 2-7 days prior to transfer – 50% refund
- Cancellations after full payment and within 2 days of transfer – no refund
*Excludes concert transfers
Wombat Tours operate in regional areas subject to seasonal fire risks. To ensure the safety of our passengers and staff, Wombat Tours will not operate on days declared “Code Red”. Tours will be cancelled on Code Red and fees refunded in full. Please talk to us should you have any concerns regarding your booking. Authorities have advised that Code Red days could be forecast up to 72 hours in advance. The public will be alerted by Government Authorities via newspapers, radio and television and via the emergency app. We urge you to use these services to keep informed of the current Fire Danger Rating.
